Here’s another — even more important — lesson in history: Jesus in Matthew 10:28 declares, “Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear Him Who can destroy both soul and body in hell.” Monumental.
We believers know that, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom” (Proverbs 9:10). And THAT, my brethren, is the type of fear-induced wisdom that will lead people to eternal life in Christ!
